Theodor Sterling Associates provide clients with comprehensive building surveys and risk assessments to identify and prioritize hazardous building materials. All building survey’s are conducted by an Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response Act (AHERA) building inspector to ensure your survey is complete and comprehensive.

Supervision and Air Monitoring During Abatement

Theodor Sterling Associates provides air monitoring, reporting, and supervision required to demonstrate due diligence in protecting the abatement workers and other building occupants. All air monitoring is conducted in accordance with standard methods developed by the Workers' Compensation Board Analytical Method 0201 – Fibres in Air, and strict in-house quality control measures.

Asbestos Awareness Training

Our asbestos awareness training courses are designed around your asbestos management program to meet the requirements stipulated by the Workers' Compensation Board Occupational Health & Safety Regulation.
